1 Introduction

Winbox777 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") operates an online gaming and sports betting service accessible at winbox777.cam. 3 Account Eligibility

Any duplicate accounts identified will be suspended and all associated balances may be forfeited.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register a Winbox777 account, you must provide accurate and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Malaysian phone number. You are required to keep this information current; failure to maintain accurate account details may result in suspended access to withdrawal functions or account termination.

4.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Winbox777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

4.3 KYC Verification

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to fund the account (the "same source rule"), except where the original payment method does not support withdrawals, in which case alternative verified methods may be used at the Platform's discretion. Players may not withdraw Bonus Funds directly — only winings generated after satisfying the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.

5.4 Inactive Account Fee

An account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of RM 20 may be deducted from the dormant account balance until either the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before dormancy fees commence.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

These specific terms take precedence over the general provisions in this section where they conflict.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they are converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) is stated on each promotion page. Bets placed during a bonus period typically contribute towards wagering requirements as follows:

• Slot games: 100% contribution

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

6.4 Bonus Abuse

7 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on Winbox777 use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent testing laboratories. Sports betting odds are compiled and managed by our dedicated trading team. Winbox777 does not manipulate game outcomes and is committed to maintaining the integrity of all gaming products on the Platform.

7.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or the processing of a bet, Winbox777 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to Players. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. We will endeavour to notify affected Players promptly and resolve any resulting balance discrepancies within 48 hours.

7.3 Bets Placed in Error

Abandoned, postponed, or forfeited fixtures are generally treated as void unless specific rules for the applicable competition state otherwise.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Winbox777 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in ways not expressly permitted.
• Engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity and subsequently withdrawing them as "winings".
• Collusion with other Players to obtain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Chip-dumping in poker or any form of deliberate fund transfer between accounts.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities for personal gain. Players who discover such issues must report them to [email protected] immediately.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any customer support interaction.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Opening accounts on behalf of third parties or operating accounts by proxy.

Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their account suspended immediately, all associated balances forfeited, and relevant information reported to the appropriate authorities where legally required.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Winbox777 Platform — including but not limited to the Winbox777 name, logo, website design, software interfaces, game graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Winbox777 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from Winbox777.

Game titles and content provided by third-party game studios remain the intellectual property of those respective studios. Winbox777 operates under licence and does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Winbox777 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunity resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond Winbox777's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Decisions made by the Player in reliance upon information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game information.

Winbox777's maximum aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by Winbox777

Winbox777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected or confirmed; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is detected; (c) a regulatory or legal obligation requires us to restrict access; or (d) KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and associated pending wagering are forfeited upon closure.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

12 Amendments

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a Player and Winbox777 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through Winbox777's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a written complaint to our customer support team.

Winbox777 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within24 hours and providing a substantive written response within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through this internal process, parties may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.
